At NavyGear.com we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any unworn on unused items returned to us within 21 days of delivery.

Refunds: Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle free return:

1. Make sure that all items are returned with all original tags and or packaging to:

2. Insure your return package.
3. We recommend that returns be properly packaged to insure that items are not damaged in shipping.
4. Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return (we just want to know so we can keep everyone happy). Kindly let us know if we messed up!
5. Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
6. Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your return.

Exchanges:

1. Follow the instructions above.
2. Enclose a note as to what needs to be exchanged regarding the returned item - that is, style, size, color, defect, etc.
3. Exchanges are shipped with a flat $5.00 shipping charge. If it was our mistake, your item will be re-shipped free of charge.
4. If your exchange requires an additional charge (price difference or shipping), please enclose a check for the difference, or let us know if you prefer using your credit card.
