Navy dad hoodie 3x

I got a 3x but the cut around neck is tight. Everything else is comfortable but i will have to cut it a bit to make it looser around the collar. Its definitely a 3x in the shoulders but a large in the neck . Maybe it was a mess up. My wifes fit her fine.
