Great ballcap!

Looks great, a little understated, which is perfect. Only “other” is the adjustment strap that is a little hard to stow after adjustment. Otherwise, great cap!

Never Received

The order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted customer service when I placed the order and was assured everything was corrected. Was told updates would be available online in a few days. Email Shipment confirmation displayed the correct address, but after receiving arrival notification, I saw that the wrong address was used for shipment. Contacted customer service via email requesting assist, but never heard back. I wrote it off to lesson learned.
